What is an antistrat in CS2?
An antistrat (anti-strat) is a plan built specifically against what an opponent usually does: their pistol round setups, default positions, executes and utility. You scout their recent matches on the map you are about to play and prepare a counter.
How does CounterStacc find the right match?
After the veto it looks at your enemy team's recent FACEIT matches on the vetoed map and picks the latest one where the same core of players played together. Teams tend to repeat their tactics, especially on pistol rounds, so that match is the best preview of what to expect.
Which browsers does CounterStacc work in?
CounterStacc is a Chrome extension, so it works in Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Brave, Edge, Opera and Vivaldi. Install it from the Chrome Web Store.
Do I need a CounterStacc account?
No. There is no CounterStacc account or login. The extension works on the FACEIT website while you are signed in to FACEIT as usual.
